WA Barbershop Choruses

  • Perth Harmony Chorus
    Perth's multi-award winning women's chorus. Until the end of 2007, directed by Cathy Rainey (Master Director and International Faculty Associate of Sweet Adelines), from 2008 they will be directed by Carole Macintyre, long time Associate Director of the chorus and Australian Teaching Faculty member.
  • A Cappella West
    Perth's newest women's barbershop chorus.
  • Vocal Evolution
    This vibrant and energised men's small chorus are Australian silver medalists. They are directed by Gina D'Souza.
  • Men In Harmony
    Men In Harmony were the first male chorus in WA and compete nationally to maintain their standards.

International Organisations

  • Sweet Adelines International
    This is the women's worldwide organisation. They have a Youth In Harmony program which provides a lot of useful materials for school based barbershop groups and teachers.

    This is the men's worldwide organisation. They provide some free arrangements voiced for men, as well as being a great source of information online.
